Natalia Solis-Guerra is a dynamic operations and supply chain leader with a foundation in accounting and a passion for helping businesses bring clarity to their financial operations. In 2025, she launched NIKOLET Management Solutions to empower organizations—especially small and midsize enterprises—to make sense of their numbers, streamline their bookkeeping, and build sustainable, efficient workflows.

Her journey began while pursuing her Bachelor's in Liberal Studies with a Marketing minor at California State University, Northridge, where she managed accounting for her family’s vocational college campuses. That early experience sparked a lifelong commitment to financial structure and operational excellence. Over the years, Natalia expanded her expertise by supporting a wide range of small businesses—including law firms, medical practices, independent logistics operators, and entertainment professionals—developing tailored solutions that brought order and insight to their financial systems.

She has also provided specialized accounting and bookkeeping support for Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) businesses, helping property managers and developers navigate complex financial reporting, compliance, and operational workflows with confidence.

Driven by a desire to deepen her impact, Natalia earned her Master's in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus. This milestone sharpened her strategic lens and reinforced her commitment to helping businesses navigate complexity with clarity.

Her career spans inventory audits, ERP migrations, and supply chain planning across the industrial, aerospace, and medical device sectors. With roles at Medtronic, Ontic, and Schneider Optics, Natalia honed her skills in procurement, contract negotiation, and operational transformation. Today, she brings that same rigor and creativity to NIKOLET Management Solutions—where financial clarity meets operational strategy.
